TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All items will be shipped within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) of the order and payment being received. If the item
has to be changed Hardwick Racing Products will pay any further postage out. The customer is responsible for postage
back to Hardwick Racing Products. However this can be by the cheapest land post and normally will not be over Au$10.00. We will not accept returns sent back to us COD.
2. Hardwick Racing Products use Australian Post for all its shipping. If you want to use another carrier extra charges
may apply.
3. The following is approx time for delivery (working days)
Brisbane 1-2 days
Qld country 2-3 days
Sydney 2-3 days
NSW country 2-3 days
Melbourne 3 days
Vic country 3-4 days
All SA 4 days
All WA 5-6 days
All Tasmania 4-5 days
All ACT 2-3 days
All NT 2-3 days
Overseas - International Express Courier 3-6 days
Overseas - Airmail 6-10 days
4. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped.
5. If an item is out of stock or size you will be notified within 24 hours and informed when new stock will be
available. You then have the choice to either cancel the order with a full refund or go on our backorder list.
6. If the item is returned for a refund, 100% of the purchase price of the garment will be refunded. However postage
paid to Australian Post will not.
7. We do not make any claims that the garment purchased is in any way a safety garment or is protective in its use.
You should make your own judgement whether the garment is suitable for what you are going to use it for. We do however
guarantee the quality of the manufacture of the garment and offer a 30 day money back guarantee if it does not meet
the customers expectations (6 months guarantee on the "waterproof" range).
Garments may vary slightly from pictures shown.
8. We do not accept creditcards from Asian countries due to the amount of stolen cards in these areas. From Asia
please ask for our banking details to facilitate telegraghic transfer.
9. We accept returned garments up to 30 days from purchase. This is to allow ample time for the purchaser to
make sure there are no faults with the garment(s). Return shipping is at your expense using the carrier of your
choice. Returns sent back by COD will not be accepted and will be returned to senderNo returns will be accepted after 30 days. Please note that no garment that is damaged (apart from
manufacture faults) soiled or worn will be accepted for an exchange.
As we have had isolated manufacture problems with the "waterproof" range of leathers the period for returns on these have been extended to 6 months.
